GA5 License transfer from USB-eLicenser to Steinberg Licensing/Cloud

Hello,

I have Groove agent 5.2 on USB eLicense.

I try to find hoe to move from USB to Cloud but nothing.
What happen after 2025 with my license ?
Can I move to cloud ?

Hi,
have you already checked the Vouchers section in your MySteinberg account? There might already be a voucher available that lets you upgrade to the new Steinberg licensing system.
After the eLicenser service is closed down in 2025, you can’t upgrade any longer and can’t transfer the license to a different eLicenser either. However, the license on the dongle remains valid and can still be used to run Groove Agent as long as the dongle works.
On the following page, you’ll find further information on how the vouchers work:

I don’t have any voucher.

The voucher section is empty

Open a support ticket and ask for the voucher to be added to your account.

I bought online and I m from Romania.

When I try to open ticket put me to contact local distributor.
I try to contact but they tell me can’t help me.
