Can the manual be modified/revised to explain how it has to be used in Wavelab, vs how it’s used in Cubase?
I think part of the confusion is the weird use of the play button during this function. If you load a test generator plugin in cubase, the plug-in is instantly active as soon as it is loaded – and to shut it off, you either bypass it, or unload the plugin. This is how I believe it should work in wavelab also.
I also happen to believe the input plug-in and external hardware plugins should work exactly the same way – when loaded, they should always be on – unless they are bypassed or unloaded… and it would be cool if there was a key command to bypass/enable them.
