German version - no key keyboard shortcuts are working

Now in 1.1 it’s the same as in Dorico 1.0 :
I’m using the German version of Dorico and no key commands or keyboard shortcuts are working.

The link in the “Frequently asked questions: try this thread first”-thread doesn’t work anymore…

What can I do?

Have you tried the "Reset to default " button in the preference settings for shortcuts?
