Is there any way to pass MIDI data (Expression Controller) to an Audio track? I’m using MIDI Guitar 2 (which works rather well) and need to get the Expression controller into the Audio Track (MIDI Guitar VST), which can then be passed to an Instrument track. I’m told this feature is available in Ableton.
I think you got something mixed up.
You’d write the MIDI controller on the Instrument track.
If MIDI Guitar 2 can extract MIDI Expression from an audio signal it is actually up to that particular product and has nothing to do with Cubase or Ableton Live.
