Get my install after PC Crash

I had bought Cubase 7.5, and if I remember correctly, they were offering a free upgrade to 8 when you bought 7.5.
I’ve got the physical box for 7.5 and the physical receipt, as well as the USB dongle still plugged into my PC. When I go to MySteinberg, nothing is listed under products, except Cubase LE.

Where do I get the download for Cubase 8? How do I get it activated?

Hi,

First you have to activate Cubase 8. Start eLCC application and trigger Maintenance. If you are allowed to get Cubase 8 license, the license appears in the list. Then your can activate it, sync with the server and then the downloader appears in your account.
