Sorry but where I can find this folder , Must I create it … ?
/Users/your-username/Library/Preferences/VSTAudioEngine/.
Do you mean : Users for Windows on C:\ … ? if it’s the case I don’t have this folder …
Hi @cellier_jerome , this is a rather old thread and the way of whitelisting has completely changed.
Please go to the Dorico Preferences dialog and choose the VST Plug-ins tab. There you find a list of blocked plug-ins which you can move over to the unblocked list. Apply the changes and restart Dorico and you should be fine.
If you need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to ask.
thanks Ulf,
Actually I’m not able to drag and drop from bloqued to unblocked …
nothing happens when I try with Ivory
Hi, you don’t drag and drop the items. There are the little arrow buttons below to move them to the other side.
Ok thanks but it works but Ihave no sound with it ….
While the project is loaded, please do Help > Create Diagnostics Report and post the corresponding zip file here. Thanks
Hm, according to the logs and files everything looks normal and I would expect no problem. What if you open the Dorico mixer window (F3) and start playback. Is there any indication of VU metering, especially on the master output channel?
Yes ! Actually there was no preset from the bank of Ivory in the VSTi … ! now with a preset selected it works fine !
