Is it happening to other people as well?
I recently purchased (upgraded) Dorico 5 but that was 3 days ago.
Today, I’m getting this “Steinberg Checkout” email saying your order was canceled, every 10 minute, exactly on xx:x9.
The email says that it’s about an order made through FastSpring, which I’ve never even used. I guess it’s just a payment system associated with Steinberg?
This looks like a system glitch but I have no idea to who to contact to solve this issue. Any ideas?
That is really unusual and I haven’t seen this before. The message is from the Steinberg Online Shop, which is managed by FastSpring. If this continues you should get in touch with the Online shop support.
