Getting Steinberg Checkout email every 10 minutes for the past 6 hours

Is it happening to other people as well?
I recently purchased (upgraded) Dorico 5 but that was 3 days ago.
Today, I’m getting this “Steinberg Checkout” email saying your order was canceled, every 10 minute, exactly on xx:x9.

The email says that it’s about an order made through FastSpring, which I’ve never even used. I guess it’s just a payment system associated with Steinberg?

This looks like a system glitch but I have no idea to who to contact to solve this issue. Any ideas?

That is really unusual and I haven’t seen this before. The message is from the Steinberg Online Shop, which is managed by FastSpring. If this continues you should get in touch with the Online shop support.

Thank you, I just opened a ticket. Hopefully, they can fix it.
The 10 minute email is still ongoing. Kind of impressive at this point.
