Give Cubase AI to a friend?

I recently upgraded from CUBASE AI to CUBASE ELEMENTS.

Is there a way i can give/transfer my CUBASE AI activation code to my friend, so he can have CUBASE AI ?
I want to give him my CUBASE AI as a gift.

If you upgraded, you no longer have an AI license, I’m afraid.
