If confirmed by others it is a small annoyance for Daniel to add to the list of fixes. Glissandi in the “wavy” style, with Glissando Style “no text” enabled, and “Glissando Text Shown” disabled, the abbreviation “gliss” invisible in the full score becomes visible in exported musician part layout PDFs in Dorico 5.10.2081 on Mac under OS 12.7.1. Perhaps I am missing a setting?
@peerlessnerd Score Layout and Part Layout are two different things.
You can have gliss. text set to invisible in your Score Layout and still have it visible in your Part Layout - if you wish.
You can either Propagate your (f.e. not shown) Property from Score Layout to Part Layout (or vice versa) - or make sure the Properties you set are applied Globally (and not Locally).
Global=in Score and in Part Layout
Local=only in the Layout you are working in
PDF export should match exactly what you see on the screen when viewing a particular part. Are you saying that you don’t see the gliss. text when looking at the part layout within Dorico itself, but it then appears when you export PDF? That would certainly be unexpected!
