Glissing down audio

Is there an audio plugin within Cubase 7 that can take an audio file and smoothly pitch it down an octave,
much like a whammy pedal? Thanks

Yes, pitch bend but gradual. Over a 2sec audio file, dropping an octave. Thanks

Then pitch bend automation is your friend :wink:

  • Cut that specific audio part where you want to pitchbend
  • Select it and in the upper tab go “Audio=>Process=>PitchShift”.
  • In the Pitchshift interface select “Envelope” tab
  • Here you go - set the bend range 12 semitones, draw the bend curve, select high quality MPEX mode and hit process.
