For the lower octave lines (8ba and onward), there should be a global option for the spacing between them and pedal lines. At the moment, I can only find a global option for space between different pedal lines.
That’s not the kind of option we would provide, but you should find that increasing the ‘Minimum distance below the staff’ also affects the distance below an octave line.
