I think it is dependent on the OS. For Windows one would press Ctrl + Tab. Maybe Cmd + Tab works on Mac?
CMD + TAB (on mac) is the same as ALT + TAB (on win), unfortunately.
Yes. On MAC you can use “Move focus to next window” shortcut, which is CMD + `.
You can change this keystroke by clicking the Apple logo (top left corner), then going to: System Preferences > Keyboard > Shortcuts.
