Good Morning - I can't see Dorico 5 in the Steinberg Activation Manager

Trying to activate Dorico 5. It seems I always have this problem whenever I try and upgrade. I installed, then I open Activation Manager and I click on “Sign In” and get this (screenshot).

Running Big Sur on a macbook pro.

I think you have to go to steinberg.net, login, and enter your download access code first.
