with the folder group edit enabled, just select one of the tracks and hit ‘A’ / ‘Select All On Tracks’
What events aren’t sync’d, won’t be selected. From here, you can figure out how to handle the situation depending on how complicated/deep the problem is… But one option then is to colour all the selected events, and then work on resync editing the ones that don’t get coloured.
