Is there a way to use GPO5 with NotePerformer?
No, that’s not a supported library. This page (towards the bottom) lists what libraries NP4 can work with: NotePerformer 4: Artificial Intelligence-based Playback of Musical Notation. Note that each one of those libraries requires a separate NPPE purchase from Wallander. This is because each NPPE is dedicated to a library. Also note, that it’s not required to use any NPPE with NP which contains its own sounds. The NP YouTube page has demos of all of these to help make a determination of what is best for your needs (and wallet).
As @sjanssens says, you cannot use GPO5 as an NPPE.
However, it is perfectly possible to use GPO5 alongside NP. For example you could set up a playback template that uses GPO5 for solo strings and NP for all other instruments.
