Grab from mediabay

I would like to make a selection in media bay waveform-preview, and then simply drag and drop it from there into project.
I guess this is not possible atm?

Yes, that is possible.

Thank you, that shows me how to make a selection, which I was aware of. But how do I drag this selection into edit-window?
