Please see the screen shot. My publisher wants the grace Notes in the snare part played on rim to be X’s as well as the primary note. I have never seen that but it’s want they want. I can find nothing under Dorico Help that tells me how to change the noreheads of grace notes. Anybody know how?

Here: Edit > Notations > Notehead > [Notehead type or design] > [Notehead design] [1]
Or just select the note, right click, notehead, and choose the cross notehead.
[EDIT] - Maybe you are asking about maintain grace notes as x noteheads, correct?
No, I only need to change a few so I will adjust them individually.
