Hi, I purchased an upgrade to Cubase 14 many months ago, but installed it and activated it first time on this Friday. I understand that I am qualified for a grace-period Cubase 15 license (right?). However, I don’t see it under my account’s “vouchers”.
Am I correct in my assumption? Should I wait longer for seeing it in my vouchers? (I have no plans to install cubase 15 any time soon - I’m conservative - so I have paitence). Should I report this issue? How? (I can’t find a way to online report it).
Thanks, I already saw that article and I’m indeed eligible. I will have to contact support although Steinberg seem not to have an online support and they direct me to a local distributor of music instruments to provide me a support, which I find extremely odd and awkward
While the online shop is the place that directs me to the local distributor, your second advice just worked !! I re-entered the download code into SDA and I got cubase 15 license. I should have guessed it by myself, but the instructions were to look for it in the “vouchers”… Not to mention that the first time I added this code, I only got cubase 14, so I couldn’t think of re-entering the very same code, once again. Thanks a lot !!!
