Grace Period for Dorico 4 - Problem

Hello,

I found online that everybody that registered a Dorico Pro 3.5 after August 25th, 2021 it’s entitled to Dorico 4 upgrade for free.

They call it the grace period.

I registered the license I bought with Sweetwater on September 7th, 2021 and followed all the instructions on this link https://helpcenter.steinberg.de/hc/en-us/articles/115001891190 but it doesn’t give me any option to upgrade.

Can you help me please?
