Grace period issue

Hi there. I bought Cubase Artist 6 boxed online some time ago. i updated to Cubase 6 full through Steinberg website. got the serial and works fine. shows up in MySteinberg account and USB eLicenser as Cubase 6 Full.
In MySteinberg it shows that it was “Activated on: 01.02.2012, 23:08.” Grace period checker says no grace period update for this eLicenser. am i doing something wrong?

Customers who have activated Cubase 6 and Cubase Artist 6 since January 1, 2012, are eligible for a free Grace Period update to the 6.5 version.

I wonder what Helge meant by “since” - could mean either “after 1 Jan” or “from 1 Jan onwards”?
