GRACE PERIOD on cubase 15

Hey, I’m attaching a photo here. I didn’t know that Cubase 15 was about to come out. I approved the license of 14 on September 19, before the GRACE PERIOD ended. But I haven’t used any codes yet at all (I don’t even know where the Cubase 14 codes are located to use them). Is there a way to get Cubase 15?

Thanks in advance everyone!

No, your DAC (Download Access Code) is the one that matters and it dates back prior to the grace period. Sorry…

there is no one to talk with? it mistake of two weeks

That means you entered the Download Access Code in the Download Assistant before the grace period started. That was at 08.October, so you registered your Cubase 14 before that date.

There is only one code, the Download Access Code, and that is a one time code. After using it once it is invalidated. The license is activated by the Activation Manager and does not need any code anymore.

You need to buy the update, sorry.

You can try but it’s a lost cause. They HAVE to draw the line somewhere.

i totally understand there is way to try to talk with them? any email? cause as you see i just put the code but never even activated it

thank you!

Sign up for the Newsletter;
Wait for the Summer Sale;
Upgrade to 15;
WAIT until 16 comes out and use the Download Code then.
You should get 16 for free.
It’s what I’m going to do.

EDIT
Scrub all that, it looks like you bought the Educational licence.

You can enter a support ticket via your mySteinberg profile site. But, as @Reco29 said, they have to draw a line somewhere and I doubt that is debatable.

You entered the code in the Download Assistant, your screenshot shows “License added”. That is what counts.

I UNDERSTAND EVEN I BELEIVE THEY HAVE OPTION TO SEE I NEVER USED IT

Sorry, it does not help if you start shouting. The process is clearly defined.

shouting? who shouting

i have another one
there is any option to sell it?

Writing all upcase is shouting.

Your screenshot indicates that the licence is an Educational Licence - is it in fact so?
If it is, you can’t sell it.

(You need to scroll down abit.)

A little off subject

Did you buy in the Summer sale?

Did you buy on an educational discount?

I’m getting the feeling you actually got quite a bargain.
