Grace Period Update

I have installed the Cubase 6 Grace Period Update. I am getting an error that states “No license to upgrade found. Please connect a USB eLicenser which contains an appropriate license to upgrade your computer” I have the eLicenser that came with Cubase 5 Studio connected to the computer

I just realized that Steinberg may have sold me the wrong version, I think they should have sold me the “Upgrade” not “Update”. I currently have Cubase Studio 5. …so now what should I do?

Usually up-dates are free and up-grades are paid for.
