Graphic file won't delete in a graphics frame

Hello I wonder if anyone can help me here.

For some reason when I delete a graphic frame; and then try to insert a new graphic frame, the old graphic is contained in the new graphic frame! What am I doing wrong?

What version and platform are you on?

Can you provide a sample file that exhibits the problem?

This will indeed happen under certain circumstances, because of the way Dorico handles the references for imported graphics. You should find that you can simply double-click the new graphics frame to import the correct graphic, which will replace the incorrect one.
