Graphic Glitches in Cubase 13 on Windows

Same here. Glitches all over the screen. No problems on Cubase 12 and on other apps.
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050, Intel UHD 630
Asus Vivo X580GD,_N580GD
Intel(R) Core™ i7-8750H CPU @ 2.20GHz 2.21 GHz
Win 11 pro

Same here on Windows 10 (latest updates) and Nvidia GT710. Nvidia Control Panel has no specific configuration for Cubase 13, using all the global, default settings as they come with the driver. Somtimes context menus are just not visible despite 2 lines (top and most right or left, depending on the position). New hovering / opening loads the content.

Additional remark: who needs round edges  ? I mean, if this is a Window’s only thing, why the content of a window is with round corners when the actual window’s frame is anyway square? Then better leave it in square design and forget about fancy round edges…

I’m with you friend Mac Os Sonoma mac mini M2. No problems at all smooth as silk.

I hate to say this BUT even thou SDteinberg support the Gt 700 upwards this could be your problem , i bought a Gt730 to replace my obsolete Hd7990 and it was nothing but trouble , moving the mouse would cause spiking , graphics glitches and such . |I know Cubase has graphics issue but if you start getting glitches then …

My brother had to ditch that especific graphics card (GT 710) because it caused all kind of problems with third-party plugins in Cubase, particularly with Waves. Unfortunately it was too old for modern frameworks.

Actually no issues with any other programs or plugins (have a few Wave plugs), onky Cubase 13 having issues, which Steinberg confirmed. I doubt that an upgrade to a shiny, expensive new graphic card will solve the problem as others with either integrated or external graphics units are facing similar issues

Using Intel graphics here {3th Gen Intel(R) Core™ i9-13900K} and no issues. actually, Cubase 13 is very stable for me.

Until you will notice
Seriously, the glitches in my setup are minor and by now only affecting context menus and sometimes there is a delay of loading the graphic of an event for instance. Also, I noticed that Cubase sometimes takes a few milliseconds nap before it continues to display or process things.

So it should be as compatibility for the new processors was a selling point . LOL
I think the change has cause problems with the old processors and Steinberg just sitting back saying nothing

Yeah this is happening really badly to me as well, I’m a little disappointed in the state that 13 has been released in. I really hope that they’re working on something soon…overall I think 13 is definitely a good step forward, despite my initial hesitation at the visual overhaul, so hopefully it’s going to be in a better state ASAP.

Like you I’m not experiencing a major issues, only a couple of minor non-repeatable visual glitches. I’m using a i9-12900K with an Nvidia GT1030.
As an aside I also like the new UI, I’m finding the mix console visually pleasing.

Same problem.
AMD Radeon RX 6650 XT

This is exactly why I never ever will update. So many “flaws” as I read. Wait… I will never update to 13. I’m on Logic nowadays  Farewell Steinberg. From a pro that’s been with you since Atari days. Good luck with Cubase. I’m off the grid. MAC Studio Max here.

Seems to me if they fix the graphics glitches and contrast / bold text issue, most people here would be happy — agreed?

this is the most visible bug but there are surely others.

I have an AMD Radeon RX6600, all updated drivers. Screen refresh glitches, screen does not refresh correctly.

Bought C13 the day it came out. Uninstalled it over the weekend, thought, “Sod it, I’ll give it a second chance…”
Was greeted with this screen:

Then, because of the previous video glitch, went to setup the audio interface. Look at those buttons. Roll-on C13.0.20…
