It’s not uncommon to see posts about bad support, so I thought I’d show the other side of the street.
Had a bizarre problem caused by an update that trashed my system. Tried the forum first but it was too uncommon for anyone to be able to help. This morning I emailed the issue to support, and before the day was out I received a reply and solution to the problem. I don’t doubt that some people have a bad experience. That said, on the rare occasions when I need support, this is typical of the response I get.
Tech support doesn’t seem like a very fun gig to me since people usually contact you as a last resort and are probably pretty irritated by the time they get to you. Just thought I’d give a shout out to the guys (Chris in the past, this time Adrian) who always do a great job when I need them.
