I tried to move the flow headings, but accidentally made some of the green frames bigger, that affects the distance to the music. Some way I can reset all the green frames back to normal?
Its a bit hard to move them individually precise. Is 8.00 mm standard size?

This should do what you want, but will possibly reset other things as well, so make sure you save the file first before making any changes!
In Engrave mode > Frames sub-mode, open the right side panel. Under Pages, the icon for the page should have a red triangle in its top left corner. Right-click on the page icon and select Remove Page Override(s).
Once you have reset them, either change the Flow Heading margins in Layout Options, to affect them all; or make a Flow Heading Change and set the margins for that page.
