How do you go about programming beats with subdivisions such as triplets and septuplets? Can you change the grid resolution? Do I need to use the score editor?

In the Quantize Panel, you can choose a preset with Triplets or you can make your own settings. You can even use a groove by drag and drop MIDI Part to the Quantize Panel.
Okay , but assuming I don’t want to play in the groove to then quantise or I don’t have an existing midi file, how do I program the subdivisions? If I want quarter notes I can drag dots on lines but how do I drag dots into triplets?
