Grid type options are missing?

Hi
I can’t find the “Adapt to Zoom” option in the Grid Type or any of the other options (“Bar”, “Beat”, Use Quantize").
instead it only shows:

1 ms
10 ms
100 ms
1000 ms

Please help me out

Change your time ruler to the Bars & Beats, please.
