hey there everyone
i bought Groove agent 4 a year ago.
today i woke up when Grove agent stopped showing me all its content and only few options to load are there 
in the picture i attached you can see how few they are right now.
Elicenser is updated.
tried to reinstall\uninstall\repair\ groove agent - same results - no full content available in the load window
tried to reinstall\uninstall\repair\ cubase 9.5 - same results - no full content available in the load window
tried to install manually groove agent 4 - same results - no full content available in the load window
tried to refresh in grove agent the media browser - same results - no full content available in the load window
did someone here experience this problem and found a solution ?
