Groove Agent 4 trial/ E-licenser PROBLEM!

Hello,

I am trying to activate the Groove Agent 4 trial on my eLicenser Control Centre. After I have input the activation code into the appropriate “enter activation code screen” and press continue I am getting the following error message on the next screen.

“Currently, there is no eLicenser connected to your computer which you can download your license to. Please connect an appropriate USB-eLicenser to your computer.”

Any idea why i would be getting this? I have updates my cLCC to Version 6.9.2.1182, and done a ELCC uninstall using a program Sternberg has created called eLC installation helper as advised in another post. Alas I am still at this problem.

I have uploaded a screen shot for further details. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! :smiley:

You need USB licenser (dongle).

If i need a USB Dongle why is steinberg using the ELC floating software for Cubase bought as a download? Even more so how do i get hold of one of these?
