Groove Agent 4 trial problem

Hi,
I’ve recently installed the Groove Agent 4 trial but when I try to load an instance as an instrument track I get the following message…

No valid license detected for Groove Agent.
Please connect your elicenser and click retry.
Make sure to have an up to date version of the elicenser.

I have the elicenser conected and am running the latest version of the LLC. Any help with what I’m doing wrong would be most appreciated.

Have you entered the activation code that you have received via email in the eLicenser Control Center?
