Groove Agent 5 - which directory is correct for kit downloads

Hi,
I have purchased Simon Phillips Jazz & Jazz Essentials but they do not appear in the Cubase options. I have registered them and found them in directory :C:\ProgramData\Steinberg\Content\VST Sound
Is this the correct directory? The Library Manager finds them but Cubase 11 doesn’t see them. Any suggestions?

Hi,
please download the latest Library Manager first. Afterwards, go into said directory (which is as good as any, you can move content freely) and click on the file. This will activate the Library Manager which will scan all files in that location path.

Thanks. I tried that and the Library manager has recognised it. However, when I go into Groove Agent 5 it does not show up in the Load Program to Slot pane. There are 9 other drum modules visible.

I also have this problem with the Jazz Essentials module which I purchased in February.
A mystery!
