I have been using Cubase 14 Pro for a little over a year, as well as Groove Agent 5 (included in the purchise) Today I purchased and upgraded to version 6 of Groove Agent, but when I try to start it in Cubase, it cannot find my license for it. Everything has worked smoothly with version 5 up until today’s update.
I’m in need for some help!

Groove Agent 5 is not included in the Cubase 14 set, it is Groove Agent 6 SE. This is just the GA player, not the full product.
There is no update from GA 5 SE or GA 6 SE to the full Groove Agent 6 product. So what license update did you really buy, this looks like you bought the wrong product.
The shop page clearly says that this update is not possible

I thought that Grrove Agent 5 was included in Cubase Pro 14.
Attached is a receite for what I bought and what is included in my “softwere”.
To make everything work, do I need to buy the whole suit of GA6? If so, just buy and install as normal and it will work or is there a other solution?

Try and get a refund from wherever you bought the software.
I believe you can upgrade for GA5 SE to GA6 SE for free.
It shows that you have Groove Agent SE 6.0.20 already installed. So you are already on release 6.
The question is, do you want the full product, meaning Groove Agent 6 (without SE)? In that case you need to buy the full license, as there is no update path available.
As @Googly_Shakespeare wrote, you can ask for a refund of your wrong update. Just follow the instructions in Online Shop Support link.

I would the full version of GA6 - when I install it, do I need to remove the SE version first or just install the full version and it will “overwrite” and everything will be great?

no need to deinstall GA 6 SE - both versions (SE and the full version) can live happily together in the same DAW.
