Groove agent and Halion have no content on new install

Hi Everybody,

I just installed Cubase AI Elements 10.5, Groove Agent, and Halion. When I open Groove Agent or Halion there are no sounds. Has the sound library been installed in a location that Cubase can not see the content?

This installation is on a new laptop using windows 10

Hi and welcome,

The libraries are part of the Full Installer. I would recommend to reinstall your Cubase. Make sure you:

  • Download the Full Installer.
  • Unpack the ZIP file and install from the unzipped folder.
  • Install from the setup.exe.
  • Install as administrator.
  • Install to the system (C) drive.
