As a result of buying steinbergs sound card i got the cubase ai version as well, after installing the daw i tried to use it and i got a problem with one of the plugin which comes with it.
The plugin: “groove agent” apears in the black list tab at plug in manager, not in the vst plugin tab. So i cant use it. and after i hit reactivate a massage apears and says “contact with the vendor for support”
How can i use the groove agent plugin?
or which email address i contact the vendor?
