Groove Agent does'nt exist in Cubase Elements 10?

I bought Cubase 10 Elements yesterday, and trying to find Groove Agent, it just is´nt there. What is wrong? How do I get it?

Groove Agent SE 5 is a built-in VST Instrument that is included in Cubase Elements 10. However, Groove Agent 5 (without the SE) is a separate product that requires a license.

I see. Well, I found the Groove Agent SE 5 know. But I cannot use it caus it has no sounds in the library at all. How do I use it? Is´nt there any free kits or something? What is the point of having it otherwhise I mean…

It just says “missing file” to all sounds… This is driving me crazy
