As of today, I can no longer use Groove Agent in my Cubase (15.0.30 Build 287) Pro – can anyone explain why?
A window pops up saying “No licence found”.
My standalone version (SE 6.0.30.1098) works fine.
I’ve been using Cubase for years and have never seen this before. I’ve installed all the updates, but I can’t see it in the Activation Manager or in the product list on my Steinberg page.
Is Groove Agent – for which I’ve purchased several sounds – no longer included with Cubase???

Cubase still comes with Groove Agent SE and it should only check your Cubase license. Did you happen to install the full version of Groove Agent as well? That one requires a different license which must be purchased separately. Maybe that’s the reason why you get a message regarding the missing license.
OK, I’ll look into that. I thought Cubase 15 Pro included the Pro version of Groove Agent as well – in fact, I don’t understand why that isn’t the case… So if that’s where the problem lies, how do I get the version that came with Cubase? Do I need to uninstall Groove Agent and reinstall Cubase via the Download Assistant?

You don’t need to reinstall Cubase. It’s sufficient to install Groove Agent SE. The easiest way to do that is to run the Steinberg Download Assistant, select the Cubase 15 category from the left panel and then look for Groove Agent SE 6.0.30 in the right panel.
If you don’t have a license for the full Groove Agent, you can uninstall it. It’s a separate application that doesn’t interfere with GA SE.
You mentioned that the standalone version of GA SE works fine. In this case, the plugin is probably also installed and you just need to select the right one in Cubase.
No Cubase has never included Groove agent. But has always included the lighter Groove agent SE.
The reason being because Groove agent is a separate purchase.
The same with Halion and Halion sonic.

I can only delete the files or open folder from GA 6.0.30 instrument, but i’ve tried to install “content” for tonight and now I have to leave you, i’m working very early tomorrow… but thanks for the help, i’ill tell you tomorrow if you are online !!!

From your screenshot, you already have Groove Agent SE installed. As @Martin90 suggested, make sure you are selecting Groove Agent SE in the plugin list, not Groove Agent.
In general, everything you actually own is listed in the Download Assistant under ‘My Products’. If a piece of software is not in this section, do NOT install it unless you plan on buying a license for it. Everything that comes with Cubase is right there under Cubase’s entry in the Download Assistant, including the free Halion Sonic Selection and Groove Agent SE.
