Some days ago I was finishing a project after months of work and then we just opened GA, looked at it and closed without toucing anything at all. The drums track didnt sound any more. Then i opened another different project, did the same and the same happened.
Actually GA does not sound ever again in those 2 projects. I had to change to EZdrummer.
Today Im working in another project and i have tried to create a GA track. The track has not been created and the project is frozen. Cannot do anything but close it from the windows tasks manager. Ive tried twice. Both times the same result.
Regretfully, I have paid for this bad product and would like to use it even if its a nightmare

I have tried. A lot of pages and information but I have not seen support of any kind except a telephone number in Germany that I should call to? Is this the way of support for this?
I have tried to fill in a support ticket about the missing files. At the end, i have not received a confirmation of any kind… when i sent it, it just disappeared. I guess it has been sent, but cannot be sure.

I spoke to my colleagues from the Support department. Your ticket arrived and they will take care. If you like to speak to someone, you can also call the Hotline in Germany. No worries, they speak Spanish as well.
