I get this error from time to time.
It used to happen in Cubase 6.5 too, not on every project containing Groove Agent but exclusively with Groove Agent and no other plug.
Seems strange that it has something to do with the elicenser seeing as Groove Agent One is part of Cubase and not a separate product.
On projects with this error I have to load them up again and everything is fine.
