Groove Agent One pitch

If I put a sound on a pad on Groove Agent 1, can I play it back on different pitch with each pad?

Thanks

edit

I must be loosing it! :open_mouth:

There is no sampler in Cubase at this time to do that directly.
Someone correct me quickly if I’ve missed or forgotten something. You could try using GA1 to do this very basically.

If I record a sound, make copies, change transpose to each one, then move them to GA1, they loose their transpose, and ended all sounding the same way.

Cubase edits are non-destructive. Bounce the transposed audio files …

Ok thanks.
Here is how I did

  1. Record the audio
  2. Duplicated it
  3. Select each and change the transpose (+1 on each)
  4. Select each one Menu, audio, Bounce selection
  5. Drag to GA1

Maybe there is a better way.

tune the sample in GA1 instead of in Cubase.

As JMCecil said. load the same sample in GAO on as many pads as you want, and tune them individually per pad in GAO.

yep! i have H4 but i had to do something quickly last week so used GAO and it worked just fine!
