I am loving groove agent and using it basically like a fancy metronome but struggle with figuring out how to import the pattern to a channel track just how I hear it in the instrument edit mode…for instance, I choose a drum, then I mess with the quantize and complexity and get a pattern in instrument setting sounding tasty…then I import it and it doesn’t sound like what I had…it has some nasty sound that doesn’t correspond to what I just had going. feel like I’m missing one crucial button click or something. anybody? thanks

It works as expected to me here. Do you just drag and drop the Pattern from Groove Agent > Pattern to the Instrument track?
