Groove Agent Samples missing when opening a backed up project on another computer

When I back up a project and open it up again on another computer, all of the samples in Groove Agent disappear and I have to find them again in my sample folder. Can you make it so that all samples in Groove agent get automatically placed in a “Groove Agent Samples” file within the project file? That way, they can be found easily when opening it up in another computer!

This will happen to any plugin that uses samples. The problem is that a plugin is a black box to the host in this regard. AFAIK there is no way for the VST host to figure out which samples are used in a VST plugin. Having said this, how do the samples get saved with a project? Hmmm… maybe I am mistaken.
Anyway, the Backup function should really save everything for the project, so
