There’s a lot of little things I want to do with GA SE4 that I’m not sure if they’re possible. So I wanted to take some time to read through the manual, can’t seem to find one though. Anyone know where I could get it?

The Plugin Reference manual that you can access from Cubase’s Help menu should have documentation. (I don’t have the 7.5 docs here, so don’t know if they updated the manual from Groove Agent ONE to GA4 SE yet.)
Also, Steinberg did some tutorial videos on Groove Agent SE 4 on their YouTube channel.
There is a Groove Agent SE manual alright! 
Weird, I just checked and they haven’t updated the Plugin Reference doc (it still talks about GA ONE), however as Elektrobolt noted, they did add a new PDF just for Groove Agent SE4 in the Cubase 7.5 documentation folder (on Windows: Program Files\Steinberg\Cubase7.5\Documentation).
