Please make sure, you have the latest Groove Agent SE 5 update installed (5.2 or higher).
If it’s still crashing, attach the DMP file, please.

Sorry, I mean Groove Agent 5.0.20, but it seems it’s the full Groove Agent only, not Groove Agent SE update.
