Groove Agent SE doesn't start

Hello all and happy new year!
I’m Luca from Rome, Italy.
I’ve just updated cubase 10 and I have an Issue with Groove Agent SE, when I select it in the VST rack, it starts to search library but doesn’t start.
I tried to reinstall cubase 10 but I 've the same behaviour.
Do you have problem with it?

I’ve Mac book pro mid 2012 high Sierra.

Solved.
I installed a demo version of GROOVE AGENT some months ago, I solved removing the “GA preset” into the vst content.
