Groove agent se has been installed but is missing. It can not be seen in the vst instrument drop down.
Halion sonic is there. I have uninstalled and reinstalled with administrator rights and for all users, no luck. Scanned with device manager for new plugins. no luck. I think it is in the correct folder. just not loading?
I upgraded from cubase le 4 to Cubase le ai elements 8. Windows 10
