Groove Agent SE not installed/ missing after Cubase 15pro Instalation

Hi everyone,

I installed Cubase 15pro (Win 10), but Groove Agent SE didn’t install. It gets on “Downloading” and doesn’t move at all. Does anyone know how fix this. Any help is appreciated!

You probably uninstalled the demo before installing the purchased version. I had the same problem.

Do this only if your problem is related to mine.

Tech advised me to delete 3 files in appData>Local>steinberg (other than wavelab) and restart Cubase.

It opened in safe mode and installed back those files. Then I ran the download manager and installed missing software from there.

Now all instruments are available and working.
