I’m using Groove Agent on a Mac and am unable to save Multi Programs, Kits, or Instruments to user folders. I’m able to export Kits so that is a work around for Kits, but there are no export functions for Multi Programs or Instruments so I am unable to save those.
When in the “Save As” menus I am unable to create folders or click the OK button. I am only able to cancel without saving any of these items.
Help please.

OK. I figured it out. For some reason the following folders were missing on my computer:
Macintosh HD/Users/admin/Library/Audio/Presets/Steinberg Media Technologies
Macintosh HD/Users/admin/Library/Audio/Presets/Steinberg Media Technologies/Groove Agent
Macintosh HD/Users/admin/Library/Audio/Presets/Steinberg Media Technologies/Groove Agent/Instrument
Macintosh HD/Users/admin/Library/Audio/Presets/Steinberg Media Technologies/Groove Agent/Multi
Once I added these folders I could save user Multi Programs, Kits, and Instruments.
