Welcome to the forum, John. You’d need to contact Groove3 directly for information about which version of Dorico the course was made to cover.
Chapter 7, which appears to be the final chapter in the series, seems to be about the v2.2 update. That’s not to say that the series won’t largely apply to Dorico 3 (or 3.1, or future versions).
