is it possible to group a track to 2 different groups?
There is no way to route to 2 groups directly from the track output but you can route a tracks sends to additional groups & set the send level to unity to achieve the same result.
If I understand you correctly, the obvious answer is no, but you could duplicate a track and send it to a new group. You can also send a group track to another group track.
